But the words got lost in my mind
I think the conclusion
Is this is just an illusion
And I'm just stuck in a moment of time.
I wanted to write you a letter
But the words just froze in my head
I think to be fair
You are not really there
And its just my imagination instead.
I wanted to write you a song
But the words got caught in my throat
I think what I feel
Could never be real
And I just need to change all the notes.
I wanted to tell you "I love you"
But the words linger here in my heart
I think all this means
This is all just a dream
And it's just a misunderstanding on my part.
But I just wanted to write Even though you can't see
I care about you lots And you mean the world to me....
